UPDATE 8/17/2021:
Unfortunately, due to the ongoing pandemic and recent rise of the COVID cases (Delta & now Lambda variants) we have made the difficult decision to CANCEL the 2021 event. Attendees that were signed up on the list below have been contacted directly. I will leave the info below for historical purposes. Hopefully, 2022 will be a better year!

The host hotel for our 2021 Gathering (with events scheduled Thu 10/21, Fri 10/22 & Sat 10/23/2021) is:

We have a block of 30 rooms with a mix of 2 queen beds and king w/sofa bed for just $119/night (plus taxes). FIRST COME FIRST SERVED!
Rate available: Wed 10/20/2021 to Sun 10/24/2021
Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in time day of arrival.
