Dan - I just clicked on the link and it took me directly to the hotel page with the dates and the Group ID filled in (you don't need to change anything). Then I scrolled down to select the Queen room and the page that popped up asks for name, email, address and a card number to reserve the room,(you pay at registration time).
Give it a try again. Somehow you got transferred out into "Timbucktoo". 🤪

My mistake! I clicked on the “apply now” button “ which was actually the application for their credit card. Duh…

Terry and I won't need a room. Terry's folks are in Newport News so we shall be spending the nights there and rolling up 60 to the hotel each day. 2 birds with one stone as they say.
