Got home this afternoon after a day in MD. Rain off and on all day no big deal, but boy them GY run craps are pretty squirrely in the rain. Was doing about 65 in CT, hit some water and she was all over the place. Only about 16K on the tires, hoping to get around 30K but may not if they get worse with wear. But that's a story for another day.

Rolled into the garage at about 6:30 PM followed directly by the pizza
delivery guy. Had a safe, uneventful trip home.
There is no substitute for low end torque!
Jackie and I got in about 1:30 pm yesterday. Rain most of the way home. After unloading the Vette I had to go into work from 3 to 8. The only bad thing that happened to us on the way home was blowing a hole through the muffler! After we split off of the group monday, Dwayne (DWalker) had some engine problems. Hope all is OK with him. I know they made it home. Great trip, Let's do it again!

M-n-S made it with no problems. Rain from Shippensburg to home. Arrived at 1045 on Monday. It was a nice ride, but sure did miss the base car from 1972. We tried to make it in one shot, but the body and reflexes were gettin used up. THANKS for the friendship, seee you all at a later time.
Weee'rre Baaaccckkk!!!
Made it home today after about 3200 miles and a great time.
Really enjoyed seeing everyone and the great events Clint had for us to do.
Had a little bit of rain in Alabama, but no problems. Ya'll were right, that C6 is a BALL to travel in.
Got about 28mpg overall, which is about twice what I would have in the C3.
Glad to hear everyone has made it home safe and sound. Have to do it again next year. Once again, thanks so much Clint.

Got home Friday evening, with 2800 miles on odometer. Stop at brothers in NC. for a couple days. On to Shellbyville, Tenn. to pay respect to SRJ. We joined Dave and Nadine in Bowling Green on Thursday. Mid America was on our stop as we headed home. It was great to see our old friends and meet new. Thanks to everyone for a great time, especially Clint, for his great planing and hard work! Dick/Jill
I think we're about the last ones to arrive home. Pulled into the driveway at "The Ranch" just before 1 o'clock this afternoon. Got some unpacking to do, a few chores to tackle yet this afternoon and a bunch of cleaning to do to "The Beast" this week.
Had fun getting to the Gathering with Wally, enjoyed a couple of days at my sister's place near Brevard, NC, had a GREAT time with all the C3VR folks (hats off again to Clint and Judith for hosting...!!!), took an extra day getting to Boston along the east coast ("island time" is wonderful!), while spending time with family got son-in-law graduated from grad school and had an uneventful ride halfway across the northern tier of states (thanks for the weather update Dick!).
See ya'll soon...!!!
