First, I ran over someone's exhaust pipe they left in the road!(on I40, in N-ville, trip to PF)

Then, I noticed a GOOD SIZED CHIP in the paint, on the hood!

I also ran over a couple of gators(blown tires from big trucks), one on the way to, and one on the way from PF.
Mama also hit the second one, and it put a BIG dent in the rocker panel of the Cad.

Oh well...small price to pay for the chance to meet with the C3VR members! Would I do it again?

Then there's the mystry sound a commin from under the car when ya come to a complete stop and begin ta start again. Sounds to be a commin from the vicinity of the driveshaft. She moves about fine but again (That ain't right)
Passenger side header gasket is gonna blow out if'n I don't change it before long. (an that's not funny but rite) We run her pretty hard on the Dragon an didn't give her much relief out on the road to PF or back to Podunk.
Who knows under the grime thar might be a chip r 3. Nuttin that $$ can't fix. An that thars the Gospel.
Like Joel would we do r again.... EEEWWW YEAH.

Hey Joel, do you guys drive with your eyes closed?
Well...yeah....don't you?

If you get behind enough idjits in traffic, sooner or later you're gonna run over sumpthin you don't see coming. Since I don't ever drive my '74, I just made up for it all on this trip!

Found quite a few more boo-boos, mostly across the nose, but a few behind the front wheels, too. Also noticed the "Corvette" lettering across the rear seems to have some corrosion.

I'd still do it agin!!

Joel, I just dont' know what your talking about.
I developed a slight radiator leak after the dragon, but a can of Bar's Leak stopped that. Other than that everything worked just as it did when I got home as it had when I left home. Granted in the 1200 miles or so I drove, I did flush the fuel line.
Stone chips???? Gotta have paint to get chips!!! Hey, there is a positive for me!

And don't forget that annoying problem of not starting when hot.
