C3VR 25th Anniversary Member Gathering 2026

As some of you may already know, C3VR was founded in 2001. That means that 2026 will be our 25th anniversary!

I know we haven't had a Member Gathering since 2023, but I'm hoping we can get enough interest in one to celebrate our 25th Anniversary in 2026.

By looking at our member map, as has always been the case, the majority of our members are on the east coast. Which leads to this...

LOCATION:

I'm proposing that our 2026 Gathering be held in/near Williamsburg, VA. There is a ton of interesting/historical things to see and do there. Here's just a few of them:

WHEN:

I think a good time to go would be spring so it won't be too hot, so I'm proposing the event take place Thursday April 30, 2026 through Saturday, May 2, 2026. (Arrival will be Wednesday evening so that we can get started first thing Thursday morning. Departure would be Sunday morning, unless you want/need to leave Saturday evening after dinner). This will give us 3 full days of drives, sights and eats.

ALL ARE WELCOME!

It doesn't matter what member level you are: standard, gold or lifetime (or even expired). Anyone that is currently or was formerly involved with C3VR is invited!

It doesn't matter what you drive! Bring your C3, bring your other generation Vette, or bring any car you want - we just want YOU there!

If you would like to attend this event, please reply to this forum thread ASAP. (If your membership expired, you'll need to renew (at any level, free or paid), to reply to the thread.

Over the 19 past Gatherings we have averaged 42 people at each event. Some had as many as 78, others as few as 17.

I think we need at least 20 people to attend in 2026 for it to be worth it. So as soon as there are at least 20 people interested I will start looking to find a hotel.

HELP WANTED

If any of you live close and can recommend/check out hotels for us, please let me know!
