Hi all.

Mistyrunner had the idea of having event t-shirts made up for the 2006 C3VR Member Gathering.  To help her out, I need to get a count of how many people want a shirt.

Here's the deal... we need to order at least 50 shirts.
If we order only 50, cost will be $25-$28 (depending on size)
If we order 75, cost will be $20-$22 (depending on size)
If we order 100, cost will be $18-$20 (depending on size)
If we order 144, cost will be $15-$17 (depending on size)
(add $2-4 for plus sizes)

So, as you can see, the more people (and higher quantity) that order, the cheaper the cost per shirt will be.

We need to have the artist create a design for us.  The artist does AMAZING work!! For an example of their work, click here.

Before we pay the money to have the artist come up with a design (non-refundable) we need to make sure we have enough people willing to buy a shirt.

You will be able to pay for your shirt(s) at the gathering or if you can't make the gathering and still want a shirt (or two), you can order them online once we know the price.  To determine the price, let's see how many of you want shirts.

So... here is what I need right now... Reply to this thread if you want a shirt, and tell me HOW MANY YOU WANT (you do not have to specify size at this point, if you don't want to). The most you'd have to pay is $28/shirt. The more people over 50 that are interested, the less we'll all have to pay per shirt!!

You aren't truely comitting to buy the shirt right now, but if you say you want it... you should be 99% sure!!  I know we don't have the design for the shirt yet, but I'm certain it will be great.  I just can't see paying the large sum of money to have the artist do the design and then not buy the shirts.  If we get up to 50 people, I will give the go ahead on the shirt design and then post the design when it is done.  At that point, if people REALLY like the design, they can decide to order more, or people that were hesitant may then say they want one.

I hope this all makes sense.  At any rate..

Reply to this thread if you want a shirt and tell me HOW MANY YOU WANT (you do not have to specify size at this point, if you don't want to)..
The most you'd have to pay is $28/shirt, but you may only have to pay as little as $15!

Please only reply to this thread if you want shirt(s). Do not reply to this thread for any other reason.
