Topic: C3X-2006, Who’s Going
in Forum: Annual C3VR Member Gathering
If you aren't going, for whatever reason, you don't need to reply.
If you think you are going, but don't know yet, wait until you know for sure.
If you are going, please reply with your name, how many in your party, when you will arrive, when you will leave to go home, where you will be coming from, what you will be driving, and where you will be staying. I will update the list and keep everyone informed on when and where the C3VR meeting will be held. We will plan some outings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Museum will have plans for road trips and tours.

"Probably" towing the C3 down - assuming my new truck gets here in time and all the "parts" (tow hitch, etc) get here in time.
"Likely" stay at the Country Hearth (convenience for Bev) - but may stay at the Baymont.
Will arrive on Wednesday sometime and depart sometime on Sunday.
Will update as everything gets resolved.
We will be driving both Vettes up and will likely bring friends with a couple or 3 more C3s. No motel plans yet, will stay where the crew stays...

I can't find any info on what hotel everyones staying at, I've never been there before, so I'm looking for any info I might need.
I plan on getting there Wed/Thursday & leave Sunday/Monday
Just me in my C3
Will be coming from Jersey, but might go to Columbus, OH. first and go down from there.

[/QUOTE]Many people stay at the Country Hearth Inn because it is right at the Museum. Can't get any closer.
There are a bunch of motels at the next exit, about 8 miles down the Interstate. And lots of restaurants.
Because Adam isn't going, he hasn't made any arrangements with a hotel, but the one most members stayed at last year was pretty nice.
I heard that a new Holiday Inn is being built near the assembly plant, but I don't know if it is done yet.
I'll be staying at the KOA again this year.
Anyone have a favorite motel at BG?

They Rock ! They always provide us with a hose and towels to wash the cars out back. They are very Corvette friendly. Its a good parking environment for the cars too.
So Jim, like the man said ... Are you going?
