Vette(s): 73 Conv, Blue-Green/White Top - 454, M21 - Dark Saddle Leather, Power Windows, A/C, Tilt/Tele, AM/FM St. (orig. and sounds like it too).#2 -- 2007 Coupe,3 LT package, Z51 option, Victory Red, Ebony Int. Clear Top.

Not sure but we (looks like Jim G and me so far) will probably be taking the trip.. probably the quickest but not the most scenic route is I-64 to I-81... about 500 miles from Poquoson that way..

i will have to check with JimG as  we are planning on going together. I think we will either go  22nd or 23rd. We will pick up I-81 about Staunton, Va Exit 221. Take us about 3 hrs to get there. From taht point we will be about 6 1/2 hrs with minor stops... Will you be taking I-81? If so.. any planned trip yet for you. Looks like you are about 500 miles from our meeting point on I-81... Would be great to hook up with some others.. not sure how many we will have leaving from here yet..

Here is our tentative route map
We will be leaving early on 6/22 to arrive in PF around 6pm.
Looks like anyone coming from the north east will be coming on I81.
Maybe we can get the TN State Police to give us an escort into PF

Any day you want to go Ray. I made reservations in PF at the Fairfield Inn from the 23rd but I can change them to the 22nd if you'd like.  I made these reservations just in case something happens with the group thing...Being a Platinum member at Marriott  has it's advantages.

Sorry I haven't answered sooner, just starting to be able to type with two hands again...shoulder is hurting a little but range of motion is coming back...no strength in it though, yet...

I'm hoping to be able to go.. Dr apt 4/27 so will have an update. Best right now is hoping to be off cruthes 6/17 which will be real tight. If I don't get this boot off I know I won't be able to drive . Hopefully it will come off. It will be 12 weeks then...  Also replacing the trailing arms right now, and will have them done next weekend I hope. You should see me crawling around the floor doing this .... but it's not that bad...

Anyway if you need to make plans ... don't let me hold you up, since I'm not 100% sure yet where we stand. If the Dr says OK and the foot is a go... we are going like planned ...

I think Bluefield, WV might be a good spot to "hook up". As I recall, I77 meets I-81 there. I'll check further.
I'm meeting Sarge81 and DWright in northern WV on Wednesady evening. We'll be coming down I-79 to I-77 to I-81 - if I remember right.
