Cool. Yeah, we have lots of time to plan the logistics. I'll get back to this thread as the time gets nearer to do just that. In the mean time, if anyone wants to join this caravan to the C3VR hoe-down, just reply.

If you're coming down 23 to Toledo, when are you leaving to start the trip? Great pumpkin and I are planning on leaving the morning of the 22. We could all meet up at the rest area just south of BG at route 6 on 75 south. We could pick up the other people around 70 and 75 at Dayton. Everything is still planning stages, so all things given, we could meet anywhere. Plenty of time to plan, but lets not wait too long. Can give you my cell number as time draws nearer. Sound reasonable?
... Norsky, if you go to Akron would you be traveling 80/90 east? If so, Toledo is not a bad place to hook up. ...
Yep - I-80/90 would be the shortest route to Akron for me. From my place in Minnesota to Akron looks to be about a 13 hour drive so may think about laying up overnight in the Toledo area then run from there through Akron and on to PF the 2nd day. Summer trips are still in the planning stages so don't know for sure yet if I'll be able to make the PF trek or not.

Hello to any of you still thinking about a caravan from the great lakes area. Looks like I have a work commitment I cannot dodge on the 22nd of June that will keep me on the west siode of Michigan until 5pm. I plan on leaving about 6pm and go a couple of hundred miles to the Dayton area. Total trip for me is 700 miles so I figure if we get an 8am start and average 70 miles per hour that should put us into PF around 3pm Friday. I know all of you that posted are planning a Thursday arrival but if anyone is considering Friday I'd be happy to meet up. Otherwise see you there.

That may still work out for my wife and I. We may not leave Podunk (Greensburg) until after we get of work as well. When we get some closer we will know. I have been traveling alot lately so it's really difficult for me to commit at this time ahen we might depart.

This is good news - I'm just trying to make it work myself - please stay in touch
