... btw....I've got a 30" magnetic mount, if you would like to try that.....for some reason, I can't get it to stay on my car. I think the paint may be too thick, or sumpthin....
Joel, don't get that magnet too close to your noggin'! The clank from it hittin' that steel plate could be deafening...!!!
Guys, I just checked out your map, I am filled with envy. I have caravaned a few times with corvette clubs, there nothing like it, it is great. With the number of cars you have expect tons of attention. My 77 is 3/4 finished but I am driving it anyway. My wife is also complaining about clothing space. I told her to wear dirty things until we find a place to have them washed or cleaned. I hope you have no problems and loads of fun. I hope to see you in Pigeon Forge. gene (gs77vet)
My fellow West Meets East Corvette Caravaner's, The planners are in the mail and only a few lose ends to deal with, still working on the overnight stay in Clarksville, TN.. No worry..The Castoff time and location is in the planner and will be posted again. I think that 82mike and several corvettes from the fine state of Oregon, that can't make the trip will escort us as we leave Portland down I-84 South. My friend and comrade Iron82, Mike Gross is chomping at the bit to get going, me to as time drags on. My car is out of the paint shop and is being put back together, will give her a road test in April when the roads are in better shape. Any questions for Iron82 or my self let us know..Terryspielman5@gci.net My wife told me last night it's to early to pack?...."OMG" an International Corvette event..I consider myself very lucky..Now pray for the ship to make the voyage without running a ground..Oh I should not say that..oops
