I'll give one of my brothers a call to get a list of sea food places that we may want to try. Its been 10 yrs since I lived in Portland, so I am sure there are some new ones now. I always like New Port Bay which had a restaurant floating on the Willamette River in Downtown Portland.
. There is another place called Jake's in downtown Portland that was well known in the Pacific NW and has great sea food. Hungry yet
. I have not heard back from my sister in-law on the hotel in Clarksville. I am going to give her a call this weekend.

I relealize that I an not going to make the trip. but I am going to be on vacation that week and going to attend and possibly be speaking at an employment conference for people with disabilities in Ellensburg in the middle of the week (Wed?) and then on friday driving down to Tigard for the Mt. Hood corvette club BBQ (2nd year for this show).
If you would keep me posted on when you are meeting in portland I might be able to make in down for dinner and B.S.

That would be great Larry but the Mt Hood gathering is the 23 and we leave on the 19th
. Are you thinking about being in Portland for both weekends?

For those meeting in Portland, looking for a great place to meet and eat, you should check out Edgefields. Very unique! Sounds a little overwhelming when you read their homepage, but it isn't. McMenamins are brothers that convert older unique buildings into brew pubs/resturants and hotel rooms. This one is on 25 acres, has a couple of resturants and 5 pubs at the last count,
Great food and really good micro brews!
It's east of Portland, just off I 84 in Troutdale. Their homepage says it is 20 minutes from downtown Portland. When we worked in the Portland area, we'ld be there a couple of times a week. Just food for thought!

Hello all - well the winter rebuild is almost done - complete with a conversion to a Keisler 5 speed manual - can't wait for this shake down road trip - two questions. Is there any kind of a caravan heading out of Michigan or northern Indiana or Ohio? Also what are the dates? is there a host hotel and can I still make reservations?
