According to this survey, the 2012 C3VR Member Gathering will be in Charleston, SC!
If I'm not mistaken, Clint has offered to plan the event. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Also, as far as the time of year, it seems mid-May has been a decent time of year for our event. But you may want to keep in mind that I saw in a recent Mid America Motorworks catalog that they plan on having another C3 Fest in mid-May. I'm not saying we can't have our event the same weekend, I'm just not sure if we'd lose anyone to that event.
So, Clint, are you on point on this? If not, who can be?

I am the point person with EBO as my wingman.
We are already working on an agenda, hotel contract, and planned events.
We currently have May 16 - 20 as the timeframe which does conflict with the MAM event.
Perhaps there are those further west that cannot make it to SC and will go to MAM.
I recommend we keep these dates.
Any concerns ?

Micki, it's about 1300 miles to Charleston from Wichita, so it's probably about the same from Dallas. Sure hope you and Dave plan on making the trip, be good to see you again.

Micki - reasonable 2 day trip from Ft. Worth to Greenville SC. I usually stop in Vicksburg or Meridian MS.
Take 20 to Columbia SC and then 26 to Charleston SC.
