Otay, ya'll...
It ain't that far a drive, but we might as well make it fun.
Mama & I will be heading out Wednesday morning, prolly 'round 9am. It's pretty much a straight shot down I30, so Micki should be able to get there without getting lost...
Any other members from Texas that are planning on going to the best C3VR Gathering ever, we can all make some plans to meet up somewhere. Please join in! Youse guys from South Texas, Houston, Austin, etc, and the folks from out West, and up yonder in da panhandle, come on down/up!! We'll leave a light on for ya!
I know there's quite a few local D/FW-North Texas members here...let's hear from ya!
We should have a good turn-out of Texas folk there...it ain't that far!

The D/FW Caravan is starting to take shape...sorta.

The plan, at this time, is for the immediate D/FW area folks to head out around noon on the 16th, with a fuel stop in Texarkana to hook up with Dwain & Leila(longhorn294). Mama has to stop at the Doll store there, so we will be there for prolly 30min/hour. Then it's on to HS. We should be arriving in HS around 5pm, maybe earlier.
Still got plenty of room for any/all other C3VR members in the area to join up wid us...the more the merrier!! Iffin ya'll wanna criuze wid da "Wild Bunch", shoot me a P/M!!

Otay ya'll...times-a-tickin!
Right now, we have 6 Texas members rollin in to HS:
Adams' Apple - Mama & me
greypoupon69 - Micki & David
longhorn294 - Dwain & Leila
reds82ce - Kerry and Janis
fp_vetter72 - Fred & ?
2tonevette1981 -Ed

Mama & I will be bringin both Vettes...
We may leave a little earlier than originally planned(which was 12 noon), since we're gonna need to stop a couple of times to round up the strays along the way, but we should still be invading HS sometime around 5pm...I think...if Micki will keep up...
Anyone else interested in joining our merry little band?Adams' Apple2008-03-30 21:00:16

How much earlier you talkin bout leavin? It would be nice to get to HS a little earlier in the afternoon to get checked in, check things out, cruz around a bit, etc. etc.  You're about 2.5 hrs out of Texarkana, depending on how fast Big%20smile or slow Disapprove you drive. The original plan to meet in Texarkana around noon or even 1 o'clock sounds good to us, if it's not to early for the rest. Whatcha think? longhorn2942008-03-16 07:53:05
