After careful review of prices, availability and ammenities offered, I have selected the Holiday Inn Resort, Pigeon Forge as the "official" hotel for the 2006 C3VR Member Gathering.
Out discounted group rate is $89.99/night for two-bed or king-bed rooms.
We are blocked for 68 rooms for arrival on June 22nd, 2006, departure on June 25, 2006. As of 5/11, 45 of those rooms are booked 6/22 through 6/25, so we have 25 left in the block.
Call 1-800-782-3119 to claim your room in the block. Ask for the group "C3 Vette Registry". To get in on our group rate, you MUST claim a room by May 22nd, 2006!
Once you reserve your room, you will have up to 72 hours prior to arrival to cancel your reservation without penalty.
They WILL be able to block off a section of their parking lot for our Vettes! Plus, among other amenities, they have an indoor pool and high speed internet access. Check out their website for a full list of amenities.
We will be having our member meeting at this hotel on Saturday morning.
ONE OF THE ROOMS WILL BE AWARDED FREE TO A C3VR MEMBER DURING THE SATURDAY MORNING MEETING!

Saturday sounds good for the meeting. I'll make sure I bring the surprise for everyone there. Sorry we will not be at the nice place. Have a cottage for 4 days. The sauna, hot tub and jacuzzi will feel good after running around with everyone all those days of advantures.
