Bummer, indeed!
I got mine early this morn, and the gal sounded like she was exhausted from taking our calls!! Knew what group I was with before I even said it!
You never know, Kerry, they may have a cancellation before then. It IS a few months away, yet.

Do you have to have a King? Don't they have 2-bed rooms that are non-smoking left?

I have a king, non smoking room and I'm fine with a 2 bed room, I'll switch with you. Call them and see if they will switch me to a double-non smoking, they can call me for my OK. I'll PM you with my info.

I was able to secure 3 more NON SMOKING King rooms for our group!

Get them while they're hot!!

Also, there are 5 SMOKING King rooms available that you can ask to have specially treated with an ionic cleaner and such prior to your arrival.

Finally, they do have "suites" available with King beds for an extra $20/night.  They have a jacuzzi and some have fireplaces (which will be really useful in June!!)

That phone number for reservations is 1-800-782-3119.

I was told that already 24 of the 50 rooms have been booked!  I'm so excited that you all are so excited about this gathering! I can't wait!

Oh, and I was told we can buy beer and wine at restaurants and beer can be bought at supermarkets, etc.  So we're not totally screwed... just no hard stuff.  (which is fine with me.)
