dwright said: This should be moved to another spot, but like past gatherings it will be something like this:
Wednesday evening- meet and greet dinner.
Thursday morning- scenic tour.
Thursday lunch at some grrrr8 restaurant.
Thursday afternoon- tour of a car museum or other grrrr8 destination site
Thursday dinner at some grrrr8 restaurant
Friday morning- group photo at some scenic overlook
Friday- climb Pikes Peak, tour, dinner at some grrrr8 restaurant
Saturday- ditto or shopping or on your own
Saturday dinner at some grrrr8 restaurant. Say good-by to those leaving early Sunday.
Sunday morning- Good-by breakfast
I think there are some locals working on the details.
This is pretty much how I would have responded, but Dave beat me to it.
The agenda has not been determined yet, but will follow this basic pattern... drive, eat, sight-see, drive, eat, sight-see, rinse, lather, repeat. The tough part if finding the best places for these things. There are a couple folks working on putting it together - they live in the area so they are best suited to do so. Hang in there and we'll have something to you as soon as we can.
Thanks!
