Hi Gang! Our last day consisted of tours of the automobile and railroad museum and the finale dinner. A few of us broke off after the automobile museum and went sailing. It was a wild ride; not what I expected on a lake. Winds gusting to 30-35 knots! Rail was in the water and many of us got soaking wet! It was a blast.
The finale dinner was great. We all had a great time, but it was tough saying good bye! I hope we can make it next year, even if we have to fly.

Looks like the BBQ was a cool one.
Good shots on the trophy winners.
I see no one wet! How come? Right, running away from it.

Well done Karen.

Oppss... I put this in another thread.

We were almost dry by the time these pics were taken. We got drenched heading out. It was pretty dry coming back in. After taking a few large splashes in the face, I went below to towel off! Most of the people on the boat were below for a little while to dry off.

I felt the same way Karen. I was'nt ready for it to end. Great job with the pics. looks like the sailing was a blast, sorry I missed it. I'm still recovering from the G's we pulled on that "Super Sonic" train ride at the museum...LOL
Karen,
More great pics.
I will post my pics and video of the wet and wild ride on the 52-foot sloop as soon as possible.
As I told you before, best sail I ever had.
