OK, I over did it while trying desperately to get the vette ready for the trip. Even though I knew it wasn't going to make it. I blew out my back and am stuck in bed. Best case scenario is that I'll be a couple of days late. I cancelled the room in case someone needed it. I did see that are rooms available for the weekend so I'm hoping I can make it.

Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.

Good news, I'm out of bed...sort of. More like leaning on it. Walking, not so much. I've decided to not do any sort of work for at least a week before our next gathering and Carlisle. Hope all are having a great time! John, raise one for me in my absence. Marshall, not to worry, I'll be dropping over at your place later this summer....surprise!

I just pulled in. Dave, fate must be protecting us from one another! It'll take 7-11 days for that back to return to somewhat normal. Been there!
