Hey gang.

Here's my plan for Saturday morning during the Member Gathering.

At 9am we will have a member meeting in a conference room at the hotel.  This will run for up to 3 hours.

Prior to the meeting... I'd like everyone to get together for breakfast, at 7:30am.

The host hotel has a buffet breakfast that costs $9.50 (tax & tip included).  For those that wish to attend, I'd like to have C3VR pick up some of the tab.  Here's the way it will work:

  • C3VR will pay for lifetime members.
  • C3VR will pay half the cost for Gold Members.
  • C3VR will pay $2 of the cost for Standard & Trial Members.

This will be good for each member and one guest. (Gold & Lifers, please make sure to bring your member card!!)

Does this sound like a good idea?

Sounds like a plan. Do you have an agenda yet for the meeting?

That sounds excellent.  I still don't know that I can make it.  But I like to throw in my .02 for what it's worth.

We'll be there. Count on two for morning chop-chop. And the meeting of course.
