Sounds great. Wish i could plan that far ahead. a caravan from the south sounds good.

We'll work it all out when the time comes. I have to work in a visit with my son and his family in Columbus, OH. Can't drive passed them without seeing them. I'll either go early and spend time there or stay there on the way home for a few days, we'll see. This should be a fun one.

UPDATED INFORMATION 3/5/10
Okay we have the deal finalized for the 2011 Gathering event host hotel. It will be the Days Inn (exit 160). We have 15 rooms reserved for this event presently. Room rates will be $59.00 a night.
Reservations can be made starting 4/24/10 for the 2011 Gathering.
Available rooms will be single / double queen or single king.
IN ADDITION........

For 2010 Funfest We have acquired a block of 30 rooms for 3 days. Rates will be $79.00 a night (3 night minimum. If you chose to stay for Friday and Saturday rates will be $114.00. Included in this price are the evening dinner meals which will be catered in for our group on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
In order to receive these prices we need to fill these rooms. I encourage you to arrive on Thursday as there will be activities planned for our group to be annouced later. Likewise I would like to ask that you make your reservations now if possible.
There are several of us working to make these events and this hotel a great time for the C3VR folks and our fellow 68 - 82 Stingray brother and sisters.
Reservations for Funfest rooms is now open.
