Here, here, to all those thanks and comments. I could not ever conceive of a vacation better than Disneyland but once we got there (Carson City) I never wanted to leave. Great people, good food, and to be a part of a traveling C3 vette show, daily, was indescribable. I may not get out much, but for me, that's what dreams are made of. Thanks for the memories you guys. We love you all Hug...  Jimmy & Melissa B.

I have a couple of special thanks to make.

As most of you know, I was hospitalized last Saturday in Reno.  My wife did not know how to drive to the hotel in Carson City, 30 miles south, nor would I have let her try alone.  I called Marion (Eurodesk) and he said he would see about getting our bags stored in the motel office for us to pick up later.

Then, Susie and Bo (Nevadabo) helped greatly by bringing our bags to the hospital, along with the beautiful flowers and signed t-shirt from everybody.

You cannot believe how relieved and grateful we were.  I have been a member for over 3 1/2 years and this is the first time that I had met any of the members in person.  BELIEVE ME when I say these people are all they seem to be on line.... great.  To Marion, Susie and Bo, thanks so much and God bless you.

Larry,
Did Susie and Bo offer for Margie to stay with them while you were in the hospital? I know they mentioned it to me that they were going to offer that to you.

I am constantly amazed at how great the folks are here in the C3VR club!  They treat fellow members as family.  It really is amazing.

I don't have a hotel to stay in at Carlisle this year, and Hmel74 has offered to put me up for the weekend.

And any time anyone has ever been sick or otherwise down and out, so many C3VR folks step forward to help out or offer their best wishes like they've know these people all their lives.

Everyone here is the best!

You are right, Adam.

I neglected to mention they did offer for Margie to stay with them, but she stayed with me at the hospital.  Once again, just another example of the kindness and generosity of the family here.

Adam,

We got home just a few days ago. I'm just now starting to catch up with this site. Although we were one day late arriving at Carson City, we had a great time! Thanks to all that put this gathering together. All those that went to Carson City, and all of you on this Website, are the best. We hope to go to the next gathering, and meet more of you!!

Larry, Dejablu, All of us missed you very much. I am glad to hear you are better! Take Care, and we hope to see you at the next gathering!!

Ditto what Greg said.  Glad to hear you're doing better and were able to make it home fine.

I'll add my thanks to all who had a part in making the 2007 gathering a success, including Dave Wright (dwright) for organizing the Wednesday evening dinner spot and Karen Finch (kkfinch + parrothead) for organizing the Saturday afternoon sailing excursion.
