Heres a Thanks to the Snow Gods....we had a snow day today. What has that to do with anything, well ebowoman works for the school so if she puts her jeep in 4wd and goes to work she gets a comp day. we needed one for a early start on spring break. But now any more that the Snow Gods give will go for more Gathering days..........I'd like one for the ride back so I don't have to drive the whole non stop deal. And if not asking for to much one more so we can leave a day earlier.....Let it snow!

I have something for "Fill In" at Effingham if needed...........
As I may have told you'all I'm the "cook" in my home. I really should have opened up a choke and puke.....maybe next life.
Anyhow if you watch any "Foodnetwork" tv shows all the cutting boards used are "BOOS" boards
I have 3 myself and one real high end one moma bought me 4 a b-day present one year 24x16x2" thick.
Well John Boos is in Effingham, I emailed them and asked about tours, they actually called me and said yes....come on in.........

I thought it was great he actually called me instead of e-mailin me back. He thanked me for buying the pieces I have already. Really cool guy.
