Just checked their website and that Lake Hamilton Resort sure looks good.  However, I also checked several hotel review sites such as Expedia, TravelAdvisor and TravelLibrary and they all had quite a few bad reports for cleanliness, mold, bad smell, etc.  Might want to double check to make sure it is ok.  Got a lot of don't recommends.

Based on the vote count and based on the guidelines for voting, there should be 62 members that are willing and desiring to come to Hot Springs.  Now granted, not everyone of those 62 will be able to make the date selected, so lets say 50 can make it.  Should I really expect at least 50 member (plus guests) are going to attend!? Man would I LOVE that! It would be freakin' awesome if we had 50 C3s there! Not to mention, with guests we'd be close to 100 people.  I think I'm going to look to block 40 rooms. Sounds like a safe number. Sure would be cool if we could fill them all (and then need more!)

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that not all of us will be driving the Sharks. There will be some other generation Vettes in C3VR gang. Does it matter, tho? Nope!
I'll be driving the '74, fer sher.
As long as we have as many members as possible show up, it'll be great. Plan on having a good time, ya'll!

At least one of our members, Mike Ray will most likely be there and did not vote.  His job has him on the road travelling most all the time.  He is mostly a voyeur on this site.

I don't know how many others there are in this situation.

Adam, you might check on reserving 50 with the option to give back by X date (I'm sure you have already thought of that) then post on here to get reservations in by X date or risk not having a room.

I just got off the phone with them. I am very much considering them as our host hotel.
She said that they got all new furniture 2 years ago. Some of the complaints I read were from 2005 or before.

Is there someone close that can take a drive over and get a tour of the property and give us a report? You can ask for Sharon, but if she isn't there, just tell them you are checking out the property for the C3 Vette Registry group and would like a tour of the facilities and guest rooms.

Please let me know ASAP if someone can do it.

Thanks!
