Looks like we're in for the bloodletting of the decade! Carson City will never be the same. This is gonna be the road-trip of a lifetime....

Dave
So, assuming we could or wanted to pull off a BBQ (Dave may already have a restaurant in mind in which case I'm off the hook, right?) and the Hotel allowed booze in the parking lot, what's the magnitude we're talking about...a keg? A pony keg?
Looks like Dave's got a place all picked out!!! So, am I off the hook????
I contacted a restaurant halfway between the two hotels (less than 1/3 of a mile from both hotels) and told them we will have 30 to 40 for dinner.
We will have one of the two banquet rooms.
Social hour at 6:30, dinner at 7:30 PM.
We will be able to order from the menu (steaks and seafood are featured).
More details later. Stay tuned!!!
27 people already!?!?! Yikes!! Dave, you're gonna have a fun time finding a place to fit that many folks! Good luck!
Already booked a restaurant within walking distance of the two hotels.

Not sure if the banquet room is near the kitchen now. I'll check.

We still need plans for Thursday and Friday evening.

Someone should start a thread to see what everyone wants to do.
BBQ, road trip, slots?
Sounds like Adam is working on an agenda, but we can still give him ideas.
