Boy o Boy gater is good!!!!!!!!! Grill it with a few spices and enjoy. We used to eat them at my friends place in FL.. But shhhhhh don't tell anyone.
John or Ben,
Does Cajun Boilers have a room large enough to fit 50 Vette enthusiasts?
Or do we need to eat in shifts?
It says they can handle meetings and parties, but how big is this place?
Their website is not very informative.

I will call this morning and post the results here. I do believe that they can accomodate a group of this size but I will confirm.
Report back after they open,
John

Just called Cajun Boilers and they do have a room large enough to have 50 or so people together for dinner. Adam will need to call Romaine at Cajun Boilers to book the reservation.
Let me know if I can in any other way!

I would like to see how many and who are interested in dinner at Cajun Boilers on Wednesday at 7:00 PM.
I will call to make the reservation to be sure they have enough wait staff and food for us.
Please reply here if you will be joining us.
How many in your group?
I will keep a list at the top of this thread.
Thanks.
