So....who from C3VR made it to CCX and how was it? (Pics would be great!!)

Also, how many attendees were there overall at the event?

Did you meet folks from the 1977-C3 Forum or the Stingray Registry?

Wish I could have been there!

Sorry, I am not good with names and I didn't write them down but here is a picture of some of the group from Saterday morning. Sorry again but I did not get everyone, and there was quite a few. I know that pictures were taken at dinner Friday night so I hope they get posted soon.

Adam, There wasn't that great a turnout, but for those of us that went it was great! Did the Makers Mark and the Bar-B-Q on Thursday nite and it  could have been better (will probably Not do that again). Friday the girls all went shopping while the guys did the car show and attended the Sting-
ray meeting. There were some really good ideas brought out on future
"Classics" events (details later). Saturday some of us went to Nashville for the day. Saturday nite was the Banquet which we did not attend so we went to dinner with Stingray Jim, Jimmy and Angel and had a great time.
You missed great people, great conversation and great C3's.
When are we going to be able to vote on the dates for '07 Gathering out
West?? The wife needs to put in for vacation time.  Butch

Not to get off-topic, but there should be a decision by the end of October.
You can probably pencil in June 21, 22 & 23 as events dates.

Any further comment on the above statement should be made in the 2007 C3VR Gathering forum.

Thanks.

I recognize Dave(dwright), Jim(Stingrayjim), and Brian(Redwingvette) in the pic, and possibly one other, but don't want to insult anyone by getting it wrong!
I'm glad it was a good deal, despite the turnout, considering the changes made to the event for this year.
Wish we could have made it...

Hi Adam,
While there wasn't a large turnout by any of the c-x groups c3vr had a good representation.  I did meet three fellows from the 77/c-3 registery though I can't remember their names. One is a c3vr member also. ( if you see this please PM me! )  Dick and Jill (vettecountry) were there as was Charlie and Fred( sorry don't remember the screen names). Only two c-2 were represented. Shirley and Dennis were there and another couple were there on friday only. We all had a great time. The banquet was small with only about eight non NCM people and about the same from the meseum. Food was good and the discussion about the future of the Classic Reunion was great. The input by the members was appreciated.Clap
 Mike

The names match the faces.

I counted 15 C3VR members in attendance, not counting two couples that are either trial members or thinking of joining.
The total numbers are down, but we are not giving up yet.
Roc and Adam got a lot of input from us and they will work with us to make it better.

We are still locked into Oct. for 2007, but they are willing to change the date for 2008. Maybe Sept. or June.

I did meet Jack from the 1977 Registry. And Dennis and Cindy from 63-67 Registry were there.
We need to get the other registries involved.
We need the 1970 registry, the solid axle club, the CE people, the Anniversary group, etc.
