I've been kick'in around the idea of strapping it to the dyno. I would just hate the idea of something major letting loose and then I have a big repair or tow bill. We'll see how bold I am when I get down there.

My room is booked, but the vette is on stands right now while I do the spindles and bearings. After that I still have some other small things to do before going, so I haven't made up my mind yet.

I know that I don't have to drive down, but that was always my plan, so I will just have to speed up the repairs. Hopefully I will be able to say yes by next month.

Local for me. I'll be there, just no Vette. In too many pieces at the time. No motor, no trans, no iterior, no wiper system, no heat, and no Ac. I really don't see myself getting it all back together in a month or two and staying married. Not sure which days as I have to travel that week to Los Angeles on Business.

Ive also considered going.. but if I do I wont have my vette.... much for the same reason as Aftershark..

no wipers.. and i hope to have the frame off then.. might be a good time to drop the frame off in memphis though.. (ive heard there is a frame dipping place there but cant find its name.. anyone ??)

but I feel cheated going to an automotive event and returning without parts..

Ive heard rumors of a corvette graveyard near BG.. anyone know where it is ??

Just a reminder that even though you may have secured lodging for the event you still need to register through the NCM to participate in a majority of the activities.

The room is booked, I am registered at the Museum for the event, now just to replace the tires on the trailer and I am ready to go. I should be leaving Chicago on Wednesday and returning home on Sunday. I NEED A VACATION BAAAAAAAAD!

I just finished with registring. I will arrive on Wendesday 13th. This will get me to unpack and relax before the real walking begains..

I will need to fix(minor 4 problems)and finish cleaning the 82CE before we leave.

SEE EVERYONE THERE....

We registered today so we're good to go.

Now, all I have to do is get the seats recovered and back in...
