The Army gives a simple test for their up and coming soldiers. This
test puts the applicants in the best career field to serve in the Army.

It is a very important part of the career development of new soldiers and
officers to best fit their personality type to their specific job duties.
It was a one page questionnaire and went like this:
"Rearrange the letters P N E S I to spell out an important
part of the human body that is most useful when erect."
All those who spelled SPINE became medics or officers,
.....the rest of us went to Advanced Infantry Training.
