             Chinese New Years

was the Year of the Chicken.  That year the bird flu epidemic devastated parts of Asia.

was the Year of the Horse.  That year the equine flu disrupted Australian horse racing.

, this year, is the Year of the Pig.    Again, the swine (H1N1) flu has caused worldwide panic, and has resulted in sickness and death to (hundreds of) pigs and humans around the globe.

, next year, will be the Year of the C ock.   One has to wonder what could possibly go wrong?
