What if......what if....boy...it sure would be nice to, but......sometimes, ya just gotta bite yer tongue, and move on. Ever have one of these come in to your shop? Don't it just make ya wanna slap them up-side the head?

Anyone who works with the public wishes they could speak their mind in situations like that. Some people try to BS you and just want everything for nothing.

I knew an advisor who was real close to that..he was the best..I will never forget when he told a chick with a 7 year old Accent that she hears a noise..he told her to turn the radio up..it was a rattle in the dash..sad thing is the manager we have is an appease nut..he would rather fix the pos than get a bad survey or deal with the Gm..sad thing is we all know they are fibbing out their ass..I still think the complaint board with the grenade saying to complain pull pin is the best..I got at it with a guy because I didn't want to work on his pos that he burned up when he jumped it backwards.

I worked in HVAC my whole career.............at times I thought my head would explode from trying to keep from telling people off. Any service industry is a lot harder than people realize...........and then everyone thinks that you're overpaid..........yeah......right!
