Interstate Law Enforcement

Two men were driving on Hwy 77 north of Marysville, KS when they got pulled over by a State Trooper. The trooper walked up and tapped on the window with his nightstick. The driver rolled down the window and WHACK, the trooper smacked him upside the head with his nightstick.

“What the hell was that for?” the driver asked.

“You’re in Kansas, son,” the trooper answered. “When we pull you over in Kansas, you better have your license ready by the time we get to your car.”

“I’m sorry, officer,” the driver said. “I’m from Oklahoma and didn’t know your laws here.” The trooper ran a check on the guy’s license. He was clean and the trooper gave the guy his license back.

The trooper then walked around to the passenger side and tapped on the window. The passenger rolled down the window and WHACK, the trooper smacked him upside the head with the nightstick.

“What’n hell did you do that for?” the passenger demanded.

“Just making your wish come true,” replied the trooper.  “I know you Oklahomans.  Two miles down the road, you were gonna turn to your buddy here and say, “I wish that a$$hole would’ve tried that sh*t with me!”
