Ok, 2 days ago my wife had her 800 dollar cell stolen by a Mexican. How do I know they were Mexican?
Within 10  minutes  after they did it  they called my work cell  and her work number .... they wouldn't say anything. Then a few hours later they called my daughter's cell phone , you could hear Mexican kids playing in the background  but they still  wouldn't say anything.  
That phone was a gift from me to her, still pissed off.

New cell phone have built in GPS so the police can locate it.

Yes, she reported it stolen. "SOL"  AT and T said they can't prevent someone from putting a new sim card in it. That's hard to believe. The police just took a report over the phone. Funny thing is that phone has internal GPS. I am sure the battery is dead now.

Just got off the phone with the Police they say the phone service provider would have to do it, they have no way of doing it. AT and T says the Police can track it.
