My goofy cat sometimes............. is thinkin outside the box.............by going outside of the box.............goofy cat.......

We have a very picky cat... he likes his box clean. When he feels its too dirty to poop in, he comes and meows to get one of us to follow him downstairs and clean his box. If we don't pay attention to him, then he craps just outside the box. I've heard of hen-pecked, but cat-pecked???
