And what do you call that color?
Looks like someone got started, but didn't finish.

Nor any other year 'Vette! Looks like a She-vell, or maybe Impaller tiller! I'll bet it was installed for the tilt. That is, if it is a tilt!

No way would I want to take this one back to stock. It's too cool as is.

Is there also a Mary Kay sticker on there somewhere?
