Hey i have a 79 and it is also light blue. Just like yours everybodie thinks its white. I have alot of fun at shows listening to people as they walk by and try and guess the color. I had a husband and wife get in a very heated arguement over it.The real name of the color is Corvette Frost Blue. In 78 they only painted around 900 this color. Glad you are having fun with it. I was working at a Chevrolet dealer in 79. I saw several light blue. In the right/wrong light they do look white. Neat color.
