Is it possible to replace all the body mounts without lifting the body off the frame?

I suppose that it is. but you have to go through quite a bit work to do so..

I say if youre gonna do it, do it right.. but its certainly possible

According to an article from Vette Magazine, yes. It said to use jacks to lift one side at a time 1-3 inches. I supose that might work if everything else is in good shape. The bolts would have to come out with little problems and the rocker channels aren't rust hrough. I am with Ben on this one, Why not take the time and do everything you can at one time.

I have to go with the crowd on this one, if you don't pull the body, you may regret it later. It's a perfect opportunity to get the detail you want.

The reason I don't pull the body is that I don't have the facility or equipment to do so. The frame on the car is in incredable condition, the only thing that needs work is the bushings, they look to be dry rotted, hell the bolts look great.

If it's in that good of shape, just go for the swap!
I would think you could do it one side at a time, but I'd be sure all the bolts will in fact come out without much problem.

When I put my body back on I found it very easy having full access to the entire frame. However I just did a body lift in my truck and I just pulled all the mount screws out, then jacked one side at a time, and is was realatively ez, although it was very time consuming.
