When the car’s breaks are cold the car rolls and breaks fine. After driving 10-20 minuets all 4 breaks seem to start to drag and it will not roll easily. After a driving awhile, in neutral you can’t push the car. Once it cools down you can push it again. I have changed the vacuum booster, master cylinder and all four wheel calipers. I have gone to synthetic break fluid and bleed new fluid through it a few times. Not sure what to do next. Thanks!

I have seen residual pressure valves the master cylinder do this. Dispite the fact that it has been replaced, when the wheels are locking, crack the brake lines at the master cylinder and allow some fluid to bleed out. If it now operates okay, replace the master cylinder. If it does not make any difference, lift the wheels one at a time to find if just one or two are hanging up. You could have a caliper piston sticking hot.

In addition to what Ken has advised, it could also be the brake hoses damaged on the inside...if the hose(s) deform, or are otherwise damaged, they can in fact hold pressure on the brakes, until the car sits for a while, and the pressure bleeds off.
Have you replaced all of those components trying to solve this problem, or did the problem occur after replacing the stuff?

There is one other thing to check The rod between the master cylinder and the brake booster. I had this exact problem when I changed the booster. The best way to set the rod:
1) loosen the bolts that hold the master cylinder in place
2) have a friend ( or wife, they LOVE this stuff) push the brake pedal
3) while they are pushing not the distance that the master starts to move forward. It should be about 1/2 inch.

Thanks for the suggestions - Just drove it and opend the steel line out
of the master cylinder and the car would roll again. I will
replace the Master Cylinder again. I will post the results -
Thanks Again!

Dont forget to check the rod between the master and the booster, as well as the rod from the pedal to the booster.
