Classic Gauge Solutions advertises in the NCRS Driveline (most recently page 84 of the November-December issue) but BEWARE!!  They charged me $592 to rebuild my clock, tach & speedo from my '68.  Did such a poor job I had to send back.  Then they missed the Bloomington Gold deadline (I was entered so I had to find other gauges to use).  Finally got my stuff back & sent to "Corvettes Clocks by Roger" who had to charge me ANOTHER $554 to re-do the tach & speedo - he says they look as if they were never even worked on - the pivots were worn out!!

Dave, have you posted this on the NCRS tech board? If what you say is true(and I'm not doubting it), NCRS might have an issue with them advertising. There may also be others who have had negative results from this company.
Sorry to hear you had such a bad deal, tho...stuff like that really gets me wound up too!

I actually e-mailed back & forth with the Editor of The Driveline.  Told him he was doing NCRS members a dis-service by accepting Classic Gauge Solutions ads.  He promised to look into it.  Never heard from him again & their ads continue...  Guess that proves where HIS loyalties lie...

Well, give them a little time. I'm sure they will want to determine if there are more than just your complaint against those turds(Classic Gauge Solutions), before they do anything. I can guarantee(well, almost...I don't run anything!) that if they find more people that have had negative dealings with them, there will be something done.
I have seen similar instances in the past that resulted in the Driveline, or any other NCRS publication no longer accepting ads from "questionable" businesses/individuals.

In fact, I think there is one on the chopping blocks right now...there have been MANY problems with this company, and Gary and Eric(and other officials) are looking into the situation, to determine what to do, in regard to advertisments.
All I can say is, have patience...what goes around...
