Hey guys,  I was wondering if anyone can suggest a real good wax or something that would help bring back the shine to my paint.

I have an old landcruiser that had a stain on it from bird poop and a guy at the car wash used this stuff to not only get out the stain but as he continued to rub the dull white paint in that circle became glossy.   I wish I could remember what that was.

Collenite (sp) Insulator Wax.  This stuff can make rust shine.

On dull weathered paint, I like to use a polish before waxing, Meguiars makes some good products, some are more aggressive than others, so read the labels. Keep in mind a "glaze" is basically a clear substance over a dull finish. You need to get the oxidized layer off. The down side is, you are actually removing some of the deteriorated finish. On older badly oxidized finishes, you run the risk of burning through. daveb1238385.7149537037
