Mike good idea!

Only body men use putty knifes......cause they have putty to fill in the scratches

Those two guide studs will be there so just work around them.
Oh and throw the floss away after or your teeth will be all black and gummy lookin.

Just sayin...........

I'll try the floss and let you know how my teeth come out.

Well I'm finished with the emblems. Took me 1 hour to do. The old glue took time to get off. Here's the link.
Thanks guys for the help. Cheers.

Vette(s): 1981 Great White Shark. Red Interior, 350/190 hp. PS, PB (SS), A/C CC, T-Tops. Served three years in Active Duty Army, then Retired Air Force after 34 years! Badger State Vettes Car Club. 175,000 Original miles!! Now own a 1998 C-5!
The rear emblum of the 1981 (gas cap) has a screw on type cap that holds it to the gas cap door. The front emplem is stuck on the body. I never got a "A" for my spelling abilities so I ain't goon start now!! The dental floss works good on getting it off but makes your teeth look bad!!!
