Well I'll be danged..... I got a phone call tellin me this had happened and shore enough it be true. (Ah think ah be gettin a tear in mah eye...)

Ken ah be mighty proud of ya buddy, yer kidz look to be doin a fine job on the ol Vette....

I hope to see it sometime soon... I wish I could see your face when it is first all put together and you get in it for that days cruise.

I have a feeling there will be one of those smiles that crosses your face that I have had the pleasure to see a few times before...

When you pulled into the lot at Pidgeon Forge in the rain.

When you made the tail of the Dragon Run.

When a few friends gathered for a surprise dinner.

Congrats Ken! It is very much well deserved!

Nope, nope,   the paint booth is always equipped with a sheet of paper to do test spray patterns.   That can come off the wall and get thrown away.  The wall is still clean.

I know many people use the wall,  but shame on them.  It messes up the light reflection and makes the booth less friendly.   Then you don't get the nice paint like mine  Approve

Thanks Tux.   It means a lot.

Ken, with all of the other challenges in your life, I'm sure you'll be able to get over this one as well.  Many a Vette before you has succumbed to the "red menace."  We hope you'll survive too.   LOL

Seriously, I couldn't be happier for you.  Can't wait to see it someday.  Wait - that must be TODAY!!  According to your picture, that must be TODAY!!!  Looks like it's time to change your picture caption!!
