ONE OF MY HEADLIGHT COVERS DROPS A LITTLE LOWER AND DOES NOT STAY FLUSH TO THE FRONT NOSE. IS THERE A ADJUSTEMENT TO BBING IT UP A TOUCH. WHEN I SHUT THE LIGHTS OFF ITS FINE, AFTER DRIVING AROUND A BIT WITH THE LIGHTS OFF IT DROPS A BIT.ANY IDEAS. Confused

Sounds like a slow vacuum leak to me, possibly the actuator, losing a little vacuum and allowing the door to lower a tad.  Operation of the actual lights (on and off) would not have anything to do with the loor lowering a little.

Both the up and down motion have mechanical stops.  The down is controlled by a screw that goes down through the rear link, and is adjusted from below with a 5/16 wrench.
