Ok Thanks for the info Guys, I poked around under the vette for a little bit (after pulling drivers side headlight down) and took it for a ride...got about 1/4 mile and up the light popped again. I tried to pull a little on the linkage while it was idling and it would not go back down...shut it off and I was able to pull it down very easily. I started it back up and again it popped up (slowly), I let it Idle and again and tried to pull the light down..would not, so I disconected the bottom line from the vacuum relay and I was able to pull the headlight down again (easily)....I connected the vacuum line back to the relay and it popped up again. I am not real familiar to how all this vacuum stuff works, but, seams that the relay is allowing a vacuum pull when it should not...so I assume I just need a new relay???...is there a better test to make sure, I was thinking of running two small jumper lines to power the drivers side headlamp from the passenger side relay as that side was working fine...any other idea's or better plans???? Thanks in Advance!!!

Dont buy any of those "guides".. Joel's info will be all you need.. PM me if you have big problems.. i just had to replace my whole system.. because it was shot... and i mean EVERYTHING was.... sounds like your problem is just a leaky control valve and/or vac leak on the control hose..
