Man, I had a great day. I put in a new Dr Rebuild vacume hose kit and by god everything works! The wiper door opens, the headlights come up, I am astonished how easy that was. Of course it also showed me that my wiper motor is bad. Oh well! Keep up the faith.

I've read he has a great hose kit which includes the diagram/layout.

If you think you have a problem, you should check it out. The cost was $59 for a custom cut and molded kit with all of the t-fittings. Following his diagram, it took me an hour to install. The ones under the dash are the worst, but since you only have headlights to worry about, should be a lot easier.
Recommend "Killer Lights" and vacuum problems are gone forever. The hardest part is finding the correct Firebird headlight motors.

I have a kit from Bair's but haven't installed it yet. Too many other things going on at the moment.
Chris McDonald's conversion is sweet! Saw it close-up at a C3VR gathering during the 50th celebration. "Killer" is an awesome car as is Dave Bacher's "Bruiser".
