I have a question for you "Big Dawgs" of the Vette community. I have an 81...are there some after market hood latches that I can buy for my Vette? My "drivers side" (upper corner) doesn't go down far enough to be flush with the rest. It sticks up about 1/2 inch. You can push it down, but it won't stay. I was at a "Cruiz In" today...droolin' all over my shirt...lookin' at all the fine rides. I noticed some "bumper" vettes with their hood's up, and they had adjustments where the prongs (you could adjust up or down with a screwdriver)fit into the latches. My "86" and "90" both had this also. What can I do??...
