friend just got spoiler sent over,cost$400 because of length.
For the distance that's actually not too bad, size vs weight kills me I really hate that. Shipping a hood cross country is around $160-200 for freight.
Factor in the pound to dollar exchange rate
and you could be doing allright on the actual total cost.

In another week or so I will be in the process of putting a new front
nose with an L88 hood in my '68. I now have an aftermarket long hood
with a high rise section because of the manifold and carburator in the
car. The air cleaner really puts pressure on the hood when closing the
hood. It is really against it. Once the process is completed I will
share what did I do to make sure everything fits and that I get the
advantage of the extra air into the carburator.
