I think what you are looking for should be available from any of the major suppliers. Eckler's has it listed for $74.95, hood, radiator support. I would imagine it is just a bolt on, but I would also imagine you will have to spend a fair amount of time making sure the hood lines up properly.

IS the problem the hinge, or is it the hinge mount? 68's were bad about having a weak hing mount surface. The hinges are fairly bullet proof. If the hinge mount, the flat area just to the rear of the radiator, is broken the fix is relatively easy. You can probably do it yourself if you practice a little with a fiber glass repair kit.

I agree...in that I suspect that it is the MOUNT that is broken... and that the repair is pretty easy...depending on the car itself and your intentions bonding in a little "metal" under the flange may also be called for...
