It's one of 2 usual things
Weatherstripping is either old or didn't seat correctly (piched or folded) - OR - the tops need to be adjusted to tighten the seal.
Good luck!!!

So many people think you have to just accept that your T-tops will leak. But with good quality weatherstrip and proper adjustment, you can go through a high-pressure car wash without a leak.

I totally agree with Larry. Installation of new weather stripping and adjusting the t-tops is one of the simpler tasks on these cars. There is no reason to have leaky t-tops. One afternoon can fix this problem.

I will take my vette thru a car wash and be siting in the car and never see water on the inside of the car. Keeping the weatherstrping viable is the key.
3M makes a rubber silicone compound that you apply to the weather stripping once all is adjusted or changed out that keeps the weather stripping from heating to the other components on the car and tearing when you remove them.
I found that works well. You should be able to pick it up from a local auto parts store. I don't remember where I got mine from, but it helps tremendously.
I apply mine by hand, let it sit, then wipe any heavy spots with a rag!
