Dave, the Smurfs are back I hear a new movie is comming out. Barry did you have the wheel wells undercoated like Sal sugested. I think he was correct about the "Starburst" gel coat cracks being from stones thrown off the tires.

I think you should have a neked woman painted on the hood.Big smile

Corvettes and women are the same...You want to make love to them but they keep breaking down.

You guys can do all that fancy-smanzki stuff on YOUR Vettes, not mine! All the flames and stuff you get tired of. I DO like the Smurfs, just not on my car! Yep, Ebo, Lew undercoated all four wheelwells, taping off under the car and over to prevent any overspray! The whole project is coming along really well!

Barry I cant wait to see your car completed. If you wont do the smurfs on the paint how about some stuffed smurf characters for the passenger seat! Ive never been a fan of flames but they would really stand out! Now as for the Neked woman, well that could go in the passenger seat as well. You have many options! I just cant wait to see it completed. Sounds like you are really close and good weather is just about here to stay. Perfect timing!

There you go Rod, Stuffed Smurfs would be a good idea! It's too hard to find stuffed sharks, anyway! Yes Sir, that just might be the ticket!

Hey Barry, do you have a date on when you get the blue "smurf" car back yet. Any stuffed cridders yet? Bet your really starting to get excited!  I may have to make a trip down that way on a weekend once its back to you to check it out. Maybe I can talk Rich into a trip down that way. How far from York are you?

Rod, the car should be done next week. It could have been done this week, but I have to go to Tennesee. I also let him finish another car before mine because the guy that got me to go to Lew needed his car done for an event. Besides, this way I'm getting free storage plus the paint will be aged in when I get it back! I'm basically an hour away from York, Rod. Maybe I could meet you guys halfway (once I get it back, of course!).

Yep, Rich, one and the same. Remember he said he was going to have the whole car repainted since the front turned out so well. He also had the birdcage cleaned up and the windshield resealed. In addition, while the windshield was out, he had the dash pad replaced. The windshield was screwed up 'cus someone had done the silicone fix! A get together sounds good (although aren't we doing that in May?).
