As far as the "L" in your paint code, it is like that because GM went to two-toned colors in '74, and sometime during the year, they changed the paint codes to reflect that. The "L" is meant to mean "Lower color" on two-tones("U" would be for upper), but on the solid color cars, the code had an "L" at the end, instead of the "9" at the beginning.[/QUOTE]

these Censored glasses. bottom half of them must have been dirty when i looked at the chart. but then again i could lay something down right in front of me and it would take me an hour to find it. as usual you guys are right on the money. thanks
